The Fiji Police Force is requesting the public’s assistance in locating 50-year-old Jalesh Kumar, a resident of Kavanagasau in Sigatoka.
Mr. Kumar was last seen in Sigatoka Town on the 30th of December, 2024. According to reports, he has a history of mental illness, which raises concerns for his safety and well-being.
The matter came to light when a concerned neighbor, unable to locate Mr. Kumar during a visit to his home on New Year’s Day, alerted authorities. A formal report was subsequently filed at the Sigatoka Police Station.
Anyone with information about Mr. Kumar’s whereabouts is urged to contact the Investigating Officer immediately at 9122660 or 7965398. The Police Force greatly appreciates any assistance from the public in reuniting Mr. Kumar with his family and ensuring his safety.
